Thank you so much for your sweet compliments. You body really can’t do any MAX workouts until you’ve done the whole month 1. By then you’ll have built endurance or strength in your body so that it can make it through somehow. It’s still not easy but I just keep telling myself “One hour and I can do whatever I want after.” This sort of keeps me motivated. I also can’t do the workout every single day so having these small breaks makes it better for me. Round 2 will be different because I will force myself to do it everyday. Good luck and have fun, it’s really insane what result you will get. Dig deeper!
It’s OFF day today! I should be so happy but I feel like crap. Maybe I need to go on a long walk but this weather is so horrible. It’s hot and I hate that blaring sun.
I’m also not feeling inspirational or creative today and it’s killing me. I hate it when people never take my advice. Maybe that’s what’s really bothering me. Ahhhhh.
It’s Sunday tomorrow and hopefully I’ll get to do something exciting to lift my spirits. Gotta get back to feeling great.
